Grade A…     there is nothing like the south, great Southern hospitality. I visited this location on August 20 at 6 PM-ish. I can barely walk through the door before a staff member asked someone from the back to assist me. And the staff on the register and drive-through are so attentive and helpful.

I just went through the drive thru and got an 8 piece mix bucket, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got back to my hotel. The food was still hot and fresh. The entire staff there is very polite and courteous. The lady working the window was amazing. I got everything I asked for. Kudos to the entire staff.

I ordered Nashville Hot Tender Combo and was not disappointed. Great juicy chicken blanketed in the just the right amount of heat. The coleslaw was great as always and the biscuits nice and fluffy.Food: 5/5

Ordered a quick pick up . Text said order will be ready by 7:47pm .. I arrived went in at 7:50pm. Only 1 order in the que... Later overheard someone said they would take all mistakes off their hands they responded it had been there for hours.. when I was  asked finally if I could be helped the employees passed the question on a few times till one guy says o u got 8 minutes left on chicken, ok no biggie baby in car so I return to car to wait and tick tock. . .  Lol 15 min later I go back in and again i waited for assistance, finally the nice lady that offerd to take all mistakes home gets up and calls to them hey guys u have a customer I now assume she s an off duty employee wanting to help I was sort of acknowledged but not to any certainty 9/10minutes after that a bag gets tied and handed to me with a sorry for ur wait was said.. Chicken was sure enuff hot and crispy. Frys we're 3 days old and biscuits were left out of the bag completely.. wasn't go n back in.. and probably won't ever again

Vakeshia took our order and was one of the friendliest people I've met at KFC. A man had come in before with the wrong order and was obviously a little upset, but that didn't keep them from greeting us with kindness! Our order made hot and ready in less then 5 minutes. I had asked for no pickle on my sandwich, but that's nothing i can't pick off. One of us did get an extra tender probably by accident, so they cancel each other out, lol! There was an issue with one of the air vents. Some condensation had dropped from the dirty vent onto our food. They replaced the food with no trouble, but someone might want to look into that.

Drove 10 miles to get a bucket, ordered original recipe, got home and it was the crunchy which no one in my family likes, nobody at the restaurant wanted to help We eat there twice a week and it’s always less than stellar service. Probably never eating there again, it was a $40 plus dollar lesson

We sat at the drive thru for ten minutes. Finally we drove to the window. The girl just stared at us. She said they didn’t hear the bell go off.

Food was great.  Prices are high but it's not KFC's fault. Even so, it was finger-licking good!

I ordered a three piece hickory mountain bbq tender and a five-piece Nashville hot tender. Should have taken it back and gotten a refund. The drive thru line was extremely long, after placing my order I had to pull in and sit and wait till they brought it out. The tenders were cold, mash potatoes were spilled and leaking all over the container.The biscuits were smashed.

Chicken under cooked. Ask for the smaller pieces if you want the KFC you remember from earlier year.Food: 2/5
