Cute location design. I visited in August. Their was 1 woman with glasses, holding it down. Super sweet and helpful. Nice and hot food.

I really love Krystal's but it's always a hit or miss on the service and food. Went to Krystal's at 11 on Friday night and order a 10 piece and a 24 Krystals. Lady said it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait, in which I said I was fine with and would be happy to wait. She then huffed and sighed and started being rude because I would wait. I really don't understand the service here but I wish it could get better.

Out of the last five times I have been here, I have only been able to order 2 times. There is an unexplainable problem that prevents any burgers from being made. It's a disappointment almost every time. I usually dont leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous.

I got a big 24 Krystle box tonite. Got home to enjoy them. They were not even warm, no mustard, and very few onions! I was so disappointed!! Didn't taste good!!

I have not visited this location in a very long time, so we decided to try it again. Pulled up to the drive thru and saw the sign that said “50% off first app order” using code. Pulled out of line and proceeded to download the app, create an account, get entire order ready for checkout, and the code would not work. Pulled up to the drive thru and was informed that this location’s owner/manager does not participate in that code, and I wasn’t the first customer that encountered this issue. The associate couldn’t help me with the code and provided no resolution. This was very frustrating, especially when the sign with the advertisement was right as you pull up to the drive thru. DO NOT plan to visit here again - lost a potential returning customer.

When running efficiently everything is great but those occasions are few and far in between. My opinion, the employees are not setup to succeed and need new management. The inventory is always off with no guarantee that what you want to order will ever be available, the POS system, I personally have witnessed, is constantly shutting down or freezing requiring a complete system reboot which is a time-consuming process for a drive thru restaurant. However, on a more positive note, the staff is fairly friendly, especially considering what they are dealing with and the food is always prepared accurately, fresh, and quickly.

Have been craving cheese Krystal’s. So I had lunch there today. Food was hot and quick. I love the new fries. Lady at drive-thru was so pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Went to pick up a door dash at this Krystals. Employees were very unhelpful. They were sitting down , on their phones, vaping inside building, not fixing the order, and didn't even have on Krystals uniforms. I'm beginning to think they don't even work there or they had no idea what they were doing.  If I could rate them how I wanted to it would be no stars.

they never take my order past midnight, and if they do it’s horrible customer service. extremely rude. happened on two separate occasions.
