Our first time here at Chick-fil-A. They are always busy when we come down so we bypass them, today we decided to stop in, we should have tried sooner. All the food was Excellent, service was fast even though the were busy. Our cashier and server Micah was quick, polite and accurate, repeated back the order and counted out our change. The chicken was moist with a crisp spicy crust. The fries were moist while fully cooked. Tables and bathrooms were clean. All employees we saw were courteous and definitely not lazy. Would recommend no matter how busy they appear.
I love going here but unfortunately today I was in line for 30+ min and when I got my food I had enough time to just drop off my kids food and run to work. I get a call saying his food was old and broken apart. And that the chicken was the smallest thing on the biscuit sammi. I never have problems withyou guys but on top of it I can't even get my whole order redone cause I never got a receipt just the tikets on the top of the food. I would have gone back thru but I had to go all the way back to Caney as fast as I could Messed up my spicey deluxe Spicy chicken biscuit
Always great on this trip ordered nuggets and mac for my wife. Came out with fries instead. Had to buy another mac and it took 6.5 minutes to get it. I would have just ate the fries but it was for wife whi is having very rough time with chemo. Not typical for this store which made it more disappointing.
What I love most about Chick-Fil-a is the consistency between locations. I always know what to expect in the food they serve and the standards for the restaurant are maintained.They are always busy, but as a customer, I've never felt rushed and I appreciate that. Always a fan and lifelong consumer.Food: 5/5
Worst place. I ordered 4 spicy chicken. I was given burgers without lettuce and tomato. The burger just had chicken, pickle and pj. Came back home and found that out. It was already almost 9. So we all ate it. Called them to complain after and the person says “ok”, not even an apology and she says she can fix it by giving lettuce and tomato if I come back. Looks like I need to go back to her and get the lettuce and tomato and fix my burger. What a waste of time and money. I’m never going to go back to this place. Rude set of people.
No matter what day or time I go through the drive-thru over a period of several months, only one of the employees standing in the drive-thru taking orders will accept cash payments. Some how, I magically choose the wrong employee and end up waiting 5 to 10 minutes as they take other orders. The reason I am only giving one star is because the management deliberately looked me in the eye and lied to me saying normally both employees at the drive-thru take cash, and that it was just "today" that only one did. I've gone through this drive-thru dozens of times and somehow always get an employee who doesn't accept cash. My suggestion to the management is to stop lying, and also put up a sign letting customers know which lane is cash only on the days that an employee does cash only. Either that, or get better management.

The place is always clean and the food is always delicious, the staff is clean and always smiling and friendly. Southwest chicken salad is amazing! 5
This Chick-fil-A location is consistently slow and routinely takes an excessive amount of time compared to other Chick-fil-A's I've been to across the country. As other reviewers have mentioned, they didn't get receipts. I almost never get the actual receipt - I suspect the reason is that they don't want you to be able to fill out a review that goes to the corporate office.
Food is as good as any other Chick-fil-A. So it was bomb. Service was actually not like most Chick-fil-A's... it was better! And that's saying something cause all Chick-fil-A's have exceptional service! This is God's chicken! Amen?Food: 5/5
