Food is hot and freshly cooked.   If they are busy check and make sure you got all of your food, just like any other fast food restaurant.   One of the younger guys that works here always goes out of his way to ask how your day is going and tells you to have a good day and drive safe when you leave. HORRIBLE! Employees are awful. One worker was trying to keep up and asking others for help, but they ignored her and refused, sucking on their drink saying they were on break. Employees ended up screaming and cussing at each other. Went inside to place a quick order. They were not that busy, but I watched 7+ cars go through the drive-thru before they looked at my order. My order sat in the window with no one to pack it. Waited over 30 min for a small order. When I received it the fries were obviously cold.

We had a really weird interaction with this McDonald's. They put 3 fries on our order this morning & acted like we did it. You cannot order lunch menu items off the app in the morning.  They tried to "put us on the books" to pick up these fries at a later time. We didn't order fries and didn't want to be put on the books for fries. We  We requested a return of funds and they got upset with us. To the point of mashing our bag lol. We have no idea what was happening.  We come here almost every morning due to the Previous normal/good service. We are polite and have only had little hiccups.....this one was just weird.  We are fine with human error. But it was the behavior towards us due to this error that was just.... out of character to the situation & to previous interaction at this McDonald's.  Previous RVW: Well, it's....McDonald's. I'm only reviewing morning crew. Great. Fantastic. You can tell they are working with small amount of workers. They do what they can. Food and drinks come out how and correct.  I don't eat here midday or evening enough to know how it is after 6-7am.

Waited 30 min in the drive thru for a mobile app order.  Was 9pm on a Sunday. I hate this particular drive-thru because they are always slow but only one closest to my house.Food: 1/5

Burgers were extremely sloppy and seemed old and not fresh, buns seemed stale and chewy, fries were also cold and extremely chewy, the apple pies were ALSO CHEWY, stale and cold, NOT FRESH by ANY means and they rarely are fresh at this location in my experience, just look at the time stamp on the receipt compared to the "Enjoy By" time printed on the box that you can see in the photos. They charged me $2.00 to add mayonaise to my burgers whereas any other location I've been to don't charge me! I AM NOT HAPPY especially considering I spent almost $13 on food that was absolutely terrible! For that price I could have went across the street to Braums and got better food and a large Shake and I'm pretty sure I would've enjoyed it more! This is just one of the many times I have had these kind of issues at this location. The staff is normally always extremely friendly however the food is not great by any stretch of the imagination!

Regular experiences. Fresh, hot fries would be appreciated without having to specify that you don't want old fries.Food: 4/5

Never again. I thought I'd give them another try because I'm poor right now and the food is cheap but I would honestly rather go without food then come back here again. Simple order, they could not get that right, I went inside to let them know and not a single person acknowledged that I was for for atleast 5 minutes, so I had to drive back through the drive thru. In which I had to wait even longer. I think I might use this experience as an excuse to be rid of fast food altogether. So thanks for that.

This has to be slowest McDonald’s.  Always have to pull to the side and wait for food.   Has been this way since this place opened.

Forgot items from our order.  Had all the drive thru signs down.  Pay here signs Then got frustrated when non locals didn't know which window to go to.
