The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the employees that I have always dealt with are polite and professional... the food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's pretty good others not so much. But these new papa bowls, I hope you're not too hungry. They're basically the toppings off of maybe 3 pieces of pizza. Definitely will not order this again. Also the case with the papadillias, not much there either. Every once in a while you can get a good pizza though
Wings had a serious lack of sauce. And the popper rolls are just rolled up bread sticks with a dab of cream cheese and a piece of jalapeño. All I tasted was bread. Disappointed. Edit: down to 1 star from 2. Gave them another chance, this time the delivery took so long, the pizza was barely warm. The wings were undercooked. Definitely not going back to this place.
Papa John's in bartlesville used to be my favorite pizza. Not anymore! Last 2 times I purchased pizzas they have been terrible! Crust tastes old and reminds me of cardboard. Ingredients don't taste fresh anymore. I wonder if it's new management. I won't be back. I do not suggest this place.
As usual, missing items. And they don't do anything to rectify it... at least it's only sauces this time. Still sucks.. Finished with this place.

I ordered 5 heart shaped pizzas for my staff at lunchtime. All went smoothly until I opened the boxes and discussed 3 of them were on the verge of being burned. Definitely way too brown or well done. I called the store to let them know expecting a bit of empathy but none given. I have never ordered from them before and liked the novelty of the heart shape but will be hard pressed to order from them again.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I wasted my money here. I have it 2 stars because of the friendly service. The food was poorly made. I ordered a single topped large stuffed crust and 8 count wings. The wings were not thoroughly cooked and the sauce was drizzled on. The pizza was dry and hardly any sauce on it. I ordered 3 extra garlic cups which I paid for and that was absent from the order. I shall NEVER buy from this establishment again.
Seems as if management has changed in the last year or so and speed/quality of service might’ve gone with it. Currently waiting at 7:58 for a pizza I called in at 7:06. He told me 15 minutes on the phone and again when I came in to pick it up because he was the only one who could do the initial dough prep yet was stuck on the register. Hope to see it get back to what it used to be.
Wonderful customer service! Phone girl is so sweet and helpful, she applied coupons without me asking her to! Delivery is fast and she was so friendly! The quality of the pizzas have never been better, great proportions of toppings, crust is always made fresh and the cheese amount and temperature is on point! The manager there is the nicest in town! Best pizza place here in Bartlesville! Highly recommend!
