I’ve Tried And Tried With This CFA But I’ve Found Hair In My Food Way Too Many Times. Once Wrapped Inside My Breakfast Burrito, My Daughter Found An Eyelash Extension In Her Fruit And I Just Found A Piece Of Hair In My Salad. And On Top Of That I Always Have The Worse Customer Service When I Go Through The Drive Thru.
No acknowledgment of mistakes .Inconsistent portion sizes ,poor customer service. The staff doesn’t care. I am a signature member. This chik fil a is the worst i have ever been to.
Food quality is always great and we normally have good customer service. But I don’t know why Devin who rang me up today at the drive through didn’t really seem like he wanted to talk to me at all, could barely hear him, while he was talking, and after he took the payment, he just walked away without saying anything. Pretty rude.
I don't usually review bomb but, we had a big catering order and literally the 2nd thing we said was "2 trays of Mac n cheese" and they didn't ring it up. Ruined our party because someone was too lazy or didn't care to get our order correctly. Maybe a different restaurant will fulfill your order but this one is not the one.
Giving 2 starts bc customer service was amazing as always. But this is the third time when I’ve got my Chicken Wrap that you can tell it’s old. The Wrap itself is very soggy and the lettuce is wilted. This seems to be a pattern anytime I’ve got the wrap before 12:00, and if you guys dont have fresh wraps before then, please stop serving them until you do because it’s very obvious when us customers get a day old wrap.
Went there for dinner last night. I got a big order and didn’t get any sauce with my order, which was a big disappointment for me the sauce is the best part. I didn’t eat my food that night and decided to save it for lunch the next day. I swung by chick fil a in the morning before work just to secure my sauces for my lunch. Randy personally took care of me , apologized for the inconvenience, & replaced my items with fresh ones. Needless to say Randy went above and beyond for me & didn’t forget the sauce . Thanks for being a rockstar Randy! Really made my day
Never have I been to this Chick-fil-a and never will I return. I upped my order to large fries and the container was half empty equaling the size of a small, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese only to get home and find it's American cheese, and when I was offered one of my bf's nuggets it looked really nasty when I bit into it.
My favorite go-to food place, and the customer service is always excellent!Food: 5/5

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A I usually get the kids meal with the delicious diet lemonade. And I trade in my toy for the little ice cream. I just got in trouble while leaving this review from my girl. She said that I'm too old to trade in my toy for ice cream
