Crunch wrap didn't have any meat in it. "Freshly" made food is cold and poorly assembled. Drive thru also has trouble taking accurate orders.
This location has been performing much better these days. On 4-5 visits the food is correct and clean. On one visit, I witnessed that Devon looks out for the customer, making sure the staff is staying gloved, clean, and if they pick up anything up from the floor they wash and get new gloves. I thanked him personally since the person was preparing my order. Great improvements here since I stopped several months ago. I stopped because my order was wrong 3 times in one visit. This was drive through, and I have not been through the drive through since then. Besides, I prefer to enter my selections on the screen in the dining room so I can see all my options.
Even if the food isn't always consistent, this Taco Bell has some of the best customer service of any restaurant in the area. The employees at the drive-thru are always very kind and polite whenever something you ordered isn't available. They are always friendly, even during a long shift or late at night. More than makes up for a cold taco once in a while.
Came in last night for a Mexican pizza meal and the nacho fries box. Got home and the fries weren't even properly cooked. Called back and was told to come back for a replacement. Not only did they replace my food with fresh stuff, they gave me extra and every one of the people there at the drive thru window was so sweet and nice
They don't do grilled stuffed burritos anymore but they offered to grill my burrito Supreme and it was delicious. The staff today went above and beyond and were super friendly. I would come here again.
It's a taco bell. Service is generally satisfactory. Sometimes they really shine, but I've had poor service sometimes too. Worst part about this Taco Bell is the parking-lot/drive-thru. It was designed over 30 years ago by a civil engineer that went to school at "Hot Wheels", so it's a bit arduous. But other than that it's average in food & service.
I was not rushed to take my order & the service was friendly. Food was hot and fresh & no long wait time. Keep up the good work guys!
Our tacos stuck to the paper and our food was made sloppy and looked old. Spent $32 . Tried to call and speak to managers and a someone said he was rheumatologist manager name Cody. Spoke disrespectful to me. I called another store to get district manager information. Manager gave me a call and said she would reach out to me. Been 4 weeks and nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never go back .
For some reason the website allowed me to order pick up instore even though apparently inside was closed at the time of ordering. Drive thru person told me to come by there and when I waited a few minutes I was told I couldn't grab my order without a car so not even sure why I was allowed to choose the pick up instore option if I couldn't in the first place. At least the cook was nice enough to tell me instead of doing what the drive-thru person did and left me waiting for nothing. Hopefully my refund gets processed soon.
Sometimes Taco Bell in Middle River is absolutely horrible. The girl with the long eyelashes need extra training. Not to mention I purchased a Cheddar Chalupa and it was plain no cheddar baked on top of ot at all for 5.00. Everytime I go to this particular Taco Bell they always tell them they are rushing like crazy because they are being timed by a timer. Well the Management should know that good customer service is above a timed service. Here's the photos of both Chalupas. One with baked cheddar on top the other without.
