While going towards Tybee island we were feeling hungry and we decided to stop at Chick-fill-A and ordered Chick-fill-A nuggets. The service was great and we got the nuggets in 5 minutes. The nuggets were hot and looks liked freshly cooked. The nuggets were delicious and it served as the perfect afternoon snack. Loved the food and service.

This is my second time ordering from Chik fil a in the past week, both times items were left out. The first time was a drive thru order they order and I had to turn around to go get my food. They corrected it apologized that time. The second time was a delivery order, they left out an order of fries and the large order of fries they did include was barely halfway full pictures included it truly seems the issue at this chik fil a is quality control.

I love this location they're always friendly and the service is pretty fast I always come here for breakfast to get my burrito meal with the cookie parfait and a drink will always come hereFood: 5/5

I’ve ordered chic fil a twice in today 10/04/2022 and my fries were cold both times. Do better, I’ve called trying to contact them NO ANSWER!! Fries literally cold as ice and stale!!

Definitely my worst experience ever. Kids had an after school Christmas recital so we decided to pick it up on the way home for dinner. Ordered food at 6:40 and did not receive food until 7:05. Staff was extremely over-whelmed, the one manager seemed to be trying her hardest but everyone else was back talking her- rolling eyes- was obvious no one was in charge at the moment. My fault for not checking the order but got all the way home to find we were missing a 12- count nugget, had to share my sandwich with the kids.

This location has great customer service and a short wait time. The drive thru runs smoothly and the inside is clean. The staff are eager to assist and happy to be there. I’ve not had any issues with this Chick-fil-A. One of the better fast food places in the area.

I came through drive through order to grilled chicken salads with hot grilled nuggets, balsamic vinegar and ranch. I paid for two extra avocado ranch. Along with a kids 8 count. I got one grilled chicken salad and one fried. I don't eat fried chicken and I never got my two extra avocado ranch. I am very disappointed please stop rushing the orders. Once I return to work I can't come back.

My wife and I frequent this location. Fine for drive through meals. However, NEVER try and order ahead. Every time, and I mean every, they don’t start your order until well after you arrive, never call you as they claim to see if you’re coming, and always screw up the order. You are guaranteed an hour wait on something you ordered possibly days in advance.

SLOWEST CHICK-FIL-A DRIVE THRU EVER! I thought the breakfast line would move faster since there aren't many breakfast options on the menu, but I got sat in line for 35 minutes for them to change to lunch while I was waiting! I thought they would at least have a line cut off like if you enter the line after a certain time. Never again! Every time I go to this location the wait is extremely long.

I was in there at 7:30pm on 1/13…. Drive thru and inside at near MAX capacity.  In true CFA fashion, everything went smooth, wait for food wasn’t long, everyone was very polite thanks to great service from Lewis and Andrew, and our big order was perfect!!  This store is a machine!  So, to beat you to the punch, dinner was “our pleasure“ tonight!  Order#8493240
