Employees have horrible customer service and communication skills. These are the people we expect and trust to handle our food safely.... Yeah right! It's 5:00pm and the employees are just sitting in the lobby. No one attempted to provide any information as to what, why or when they will be back open . There are multiple cars in the lot and the same thing occurs
I stood in the restaurant for over 5 minutes before I was even seen. Asked if there were any specials and was told only online. Two 2 topping pizzas cost me $50 because I didn't order online. I WILL NEVER order pizza from you again. A few times a month you had my money.... Not anymore. I know this doesn't hurt. Your bottom line. I'm cool.
Yo when I say I could not believe this! I would have respected the fact if they just told me they forgot I ordered a pineapple pizza .. but the fact they through uncooked and not even baked pineapples on top of my pizza bunched up like this is CRAZY. The cook definitely deserves jail time.
I'm very disappointed with my order from Pizza Hut last night. The pizza was undercooked and only one box came with the panel underneath the pizza to soak up the grease. I ordered lemon pepper wings, I did not receive them at all. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper, I was delivered a Diet Pepsi. The only thing received that was edible were the breadsticks. I called the store several times and no one picked up. I'm awaiting for the store to open this morning to call again, if I can't get anyone I'll call corporate on Monday.
The Customer Service was terrific! They cared for my needs and assisted me with their app, so I got a superb deal! NaomiManager was great and ecstatic with energy and great help with my experience. Definitely recommend.
Most of the pizza hut places seem to be going to take out.Which i don't like. I cannot comment on other items except the pizza and bread sticks is usually good. Staff is friendly. I remember when they were always a number #1 choice. There's a lot of competition out there So some new changes would be an asset.
2 guys working tonight 9/19 and they were slammed it was near closing but he still managed to have a good friendly attitude I ordered online and picked up Probably 1 of the best pizzas I had from pizza hut in a while
Terrible service, terrible food. I placed an order online at 6pm didn’t get my food till almost 9 and it was cold spent $50 for them to put my food on the ground no I did not put contact-less because I planned to give a tip anyway. Nobody knocked on the door or anything literally just so happened to walk outside just to see my food outside on the ground. Was charged for extra sauce didn’t receive any sauce at all. Never tf again I hope they shut this place down.
They delivered the wrong food and took over 4 hrs to fix issue. Even asked for refund and they said they couldn't because replacement food was out for delivery over 2hrs ago.. DONT ORDER FROM HERE
Worst pizza I have ever had! Hardly any cheese, 6 crumbs of bacon on the entire pizza, and no marinara for multiple orders of breadsticks. The incompetence at this location surely shows.
