Good place to enjoy a quick Mexican styled meal. Fresh ingredients, the food was very tasty, and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful in selecting a dish. Good customer service. Tables and chairs were all clean, and you may sit down at a table and enjoy your meal, inside or outside.  Kid-friendliness: Kid menu here

I always wanted to try this place it always looked busy. I finally did when is wasn't busy at all. The food was ok, the place was a little dirty for it to be 3 customers. Everyone there was super nice  for that.

Was closed for ordering inside but could order on our phones for pickup; did the pickup and all the food tasted days old. The employee with the blue/green hair was very rude as well.Food: 1/5

Probably the worst location the company has. It's run like a joke at times really. They love being closed or half open for online orders only, they like to blame supply chain problems and sometimes lack of staff on hand. Just never a good experience going in there. I understand working at Chipotle isn't easy and is one of the more demanding fast food jobs in the country. I respect the employees and I know its not entirely their fault but the place screams with faulty leadership and poor management skills. They also think they're being slick by slashing the amount of food for online/delivery orders, when the customer is not there watching. Joke.

Whoever manages this Chipotle needs to tighten up their operation. I’ve been here several times and I won’t be going back. The place is unacceptably dirty, always slow, and they seem to prioritize online/door dash orders over the people waiting in line. Chipotle prides itself on being fresh, yet this one always has meat that looks like it’s been sitting out all day. They’ve been out of black beans the last two times I’ve been there, which is unacceptable when you have a total of about 15 ingredients on the entire menu. I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles that have been clean, tasty, and efficient, but this one needs help.

Ordered online for a steak bowl with brown rice and they gave me a completely wrong order. I didn’t recognize the protein. I can understand if they’re out of steak but they have my contact information from the online order, they can easily call me and ask what substitution I’d prefer. Very bad customer service, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a management issue. Go to the one near the mall.

If I could give it zero stars I would… consistently the worst staff and unfriendly greeting of any chipotle I’ve been to. For over a month they have been open but “temporarily closed” only online orders which in itself makes 0 sense considering people still go in and pick up food and the food is cooked. Also ordering online you don’t get refunded easily for the sides that they don’t have and don’t bother to mention unless you ask about missing part of the order. Also blasting music and acting as if the store is closed is horribly unprofessional. I love chipotle but this one has no management!!!

Food is good, but they are consistently closed when google maps says they are open. I go to chipotle at least once a week, and at least half the time they are closed midday, or there is a sign on the door that says “”temporarily closed” or “online orders only”.  There seems to be a management problem in terms of a disconnect between service time and what is advertised online.

I ordered twice one pick snd one delivery.  Your hours on google and on DDash say you're open til 11. At 930 the doors were locked and grill was being cleaned....my order was accepted  and was not made. Tonight ordered again..  driver tells me they're closed.  Update your hours and stop accepting  orders you're not gonna make.  Vegetarian options: Can get beans only  Parking: Shopping center  Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramp

What a mess. Place was filthy, all the tins holding the food are empty, he had to scrap the tin to get the food out. The soda machine was a war zone and 1/2 the options had a out of order sign. The other ones ran out, I asked if there was anymore coke and they said no. It was 4 pm. Does that mean they had no soda for the rest of the day? The  Regional manager should be fired.
