Missing two boxes of 12 count nuggets we ordered tonight. This location has done nothing but decline over the past 5 years or so. Not sure why...management change? Hiring standards? Training standards? Lack of proper management? Time and time again they get my orders wrong. I try to check before driving away but often realize after I get home. The kids working here are friendly and provide good customer service...they just can't count apparently. I've been eating at this location for 16+ years. Used to be Excellent....not anymore. Sad really... Update: changed from 3 stars to 2 stars. Drove back to retrieve the 2 boxes of missing nuggets. Drove back home. Opened boxes...got one 12 count nugget and one 4 count strips....they still didn't get it right. This is ridiculous!
So my $10 salad is full of the ribs of the lettuce. Has this become the norm???? Who wants to eat hard lettuce? They also forgot part of my order. This location is no bueno. The kingwood location is very dependable.
Literally chewed up a bug in my salad and spit it out....”Director of Operations” Johnathan couldn’t even apologize. Offered a free meal but don’t think that’s quite enough considering I chewed up and nearly swallowed a huge mystery bug. Acted like it was my fault...
The worst Chic Fil a EVER. This location is terrible. They only care about how quickly they move the line. Doesn’t matter if the food is prepared as ordered or if you have missing items or if the food is hot for that matter. Tonight I was given cold, hard French fries with both of our meals. I sent them back and was given 2 “fresh” orders of fries and sent on my way. The fries were worse than the 1st order we were given. I refuse to go back to this location from here out. The nuggets with the kids meal were so small. And the order of fries we were given speak for themselves.
As always the service is excellent and the food tastes great. However, they are making bizarre changes to their dining room and ordering process. You walk in and it's not clear where to order because they've removed the cash registers. Also, when we arrived tonight there was a sign on the door stating the dining room was closed but there were people inside and the guard waved us in. They've made what should be very simple and straightforward into something unnecessarily complicated.
Went here for one meal with a shake and a kids meal, was asked to pull forward with no explanation, which is fine. At the approximately 15 minutes, I walk back to the window and asked them what was going on. What am I waiting for. I was told a shake. I say I don't need to shake. I just want the food, you can cancel that. I sit and wait another five to seven minutes, thinking I was going to get food, just to be told they canceled the whole order.
I used to always go to this location faithfully, but the past couple of times I’ve went there’s always been something wrong. Lines are getting extremely long, they forgot my order and had me sitting in the line forever just 2 weeks ago, and just yesterday they didn’t even put everything I ordered in the bag. I love Chick-fil-a, but something has to change. I know things happen, but every time?
Line was wrapped around the building and NOT MOVING.. waited for about 10 minutes. I then decided to go inside… HUGE MISTAKE…. Waited another 15 minutes trying to by breakfast for my team. Finally got out of there and to work the entire order was wrong!!!! This was hands down the WORST chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had… on Christmas Eve at that!!! Never going there ever again
Best experience I’ve had at a chik fil a, we went to do the dine in and couldn’t decide what we wanted to order, so, we told the waiter to give us more time. He proceeded to pull up a chair and wait for us to order. Best experience ever I’ve never felt more important at a dine in experience.
Reading through even the first two reviews of this location I’m quickly seeing I’m not the only one experiencing the issues. The past several times I have came to this location, i have been greeted with eye rolls and bad attitudes as well as multiple missing items in the orders as well. When calling to state items were missing the workers on the phone are less than helpful and are just overall rude.
