Great food and good customer service. Drive-thru is a bit of a wait, but if it gets too busy they will come take orders in the line with a to let to ensure the wait is not any longer get than it needs to be.

This location is notorious for serving old nuggets that have been re-fried over and over again. Chic Fil A nuggets should be fresh and juicy. Instead, at this location, they are dried out and taste like cardboard (although, I think cardboard would be tastier than this locations nuggets). I hate this Chic Fil A location and I always drive 40+ minutes out of my way to Greenville if I'm craving Chic Fil A.

Friendly, polite,very attentive staff. The entire restaurant property is always cleanand clean and well kept. Inside dining and rest rooms always spotless and stocked neatly. The park lot and grounds are always very manicured. I normally am a breakfast drive thru customer and my #1 and #2 reasons for continuing to be a loyal customers is The personalize treatment given by Esther and Micha, who are sisters, that have exceptional CS skills, and make me feel special every time I stop.

Our visit a few days ago actually brought my rating up to a 3 star review. We had sworn off visiting this location for a couple of years now. The service has been lackluster to borderline rude. This is sad to say because CFA is usually all about the customer service. Hopefully it is either new ownership or management that had this last visit on an upswing. We may visit again.

The manager, Josh, at the Chick-Fil-A in Easley is very personable and friendly! He goes above and beyond for his customers. Alwas a pleasure to go to the Easley location!
