Gone down hill a bit. My last visit there was pretty bad. Pizza was so old it was hard and cold. Had to order a personal pan to be able to have something fresh! When it's fresh it's great! Service has went a bit down hill as well! Some of them act as they hate there job.

Called and ordered carry out 1 lg deep dish and 1 lg regular over the phone and was told the total was $16 and some change. Arrived and went to the drive through window and was told the total was $21 or so, and employee was not very friendly. When the pizza finally came out they gave us 1 lg deep dish and 1 medium regular pizza, yet charged us on the receipt for 3 pizzas (1 lg deep dish, 1 lg regular, 1 md regular). I started to say something as the manager (who handed me the pizza) was closing the window but it seemed as if she ignored me and went back to what she was doing. I then tried to knock on the window to no avail - no one responded. At this point I had to park and go inside. The employee who I explained the issue to in a very nice way seemed exasperated and called the same manager over. I explained to her the issue and she said she would have to calculate the difference she owed me - no apology or anything. After she calculated up the 1 lg deep dish and 1 md regular with the 3 toppings the total came to $18 and some change. So basically they were charging me for an extra pizza to cover the expense of the sides, which was about $3 too much - and they had no issues with such dishonesty. I will never again visit this Cici's as they have poor management and customer service, and apparently don't mind being dishonest.
