Quality of food has diminished tremendously over the years.  Very disappointed in the menu for awhile now so was sticking with salad bar.  Can't even do that anyone.  Lettuce was brown.  Asked for fresh lettuce to be brought out and it wasn't much better. Coke was great though! No more Ruby Tuesday for us!

Service was poor. Place was empty, staff only came by to check on us after initial serving of food. We ran out of beverages, and  had to flag kitchen staff to get servers attention. Tables left unused after diners left.... ovrrall, very unlikely to eat there again. Just relocated to area, looking for new favorite dining sites.

Warm, friendly servers. Salad bar good. No problems. Attended to a special request.

We came early so did not have a problem with service. They have vamped up the salad bar so it was really good. Hamburgers were cooked perfectly.

Great place to eat and meet.  Good food and good service but I overheard other people complain about service and seating/staff issues.  I sat at the bar so no issue.
