It is just a wonderful place to take your family and have quality time together. Everyone there is so courteous and so timely with bringing out your order. The three girls especially love the indoor playground and I've got to have a lemonade every time. Thank you Chuck for all you do for the community and you have a great crew working under you. Keep up the great work and God bless.

Truetts Grill is an excellent restsurant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are very pleasant and competent. We eat there about twice a week.

The place was cool. Only spent an hour there. Watress came only 3 times to get us drinks food and come back to give a ticket. We waited 15 minutes to get a table. Nobody seemed to see us. Might as well go to chick-fil-a faster and cheaper and better sevice. Food was good though.

I Love Chick Fil A, but today my fries were warmed over. They did not taste fresh!

Mitch is THE BEST! Two days in a row unfortunately I had issues with my food. Well today was the last straw so I called and vented with Mitch B and not only did he make me feel 100% better and like the old saying goes (while I do not think this should be true in every single case) the customer is right at times well he made me feel so much better. Here is the kicker...not only did he personally make sure my food was correctly done this time, but he personally hand delivered my food straight to my house and then some. Mr. Cathy would have been very, very impressed because I know I was and I will always be forever grateful for him. I know things happen, I am in customer service myself but what Mitch did made my month, it really did. I will make sure I go out of my way tomorrow at work or driving to work and do a good deed for someone. Thank you Mitch, you are the epitome of exemplary customer service and is probably why you are where you are today. Thank you much from the Winkler family including our siberian husky Duke.
