I ordered food last night around 9:30 for my pregnant co-worker. She is one of my employees and literally had no food in the house. She lives about 25 minutes away from me so when she called to tell me she was hungry I decided to call and buy her a pizza. These screwed up people NEVER showed up with her food!!! So thank you Pizza hut for leaving a pregnant girl hungry!!! This Is crazy. I gave them my card number over the phone and told them please don't forget the drink because she's pregnant. What the heck is wrong with these people???? Why did she never receive her food when I freaking gave them my card number to pay for it. What did they do with my account information??? I'm calling corporate as soon as they open!!!!

If you go to the facility you're good..Customer service is always great. Now for delivery orders that's a different story. I always have to wait well over an hour for my order. They either need more drivers or they need different drivers. It's ridiculous.

I've ordered multiple times. My order has never been right. A few times Ive been offered free pizza via email because our pizza was received late without us saying anything to them. Its always disappointing to get the wrong food after waiting so long....

My husband and I decided to grab something for father's day. We waited at the front for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We sat down and the lady walks off. When she came back about 20 minutes later (not exaggerating) we gave her our food and drink order. Our drinks were served about 10 min before the food and that's with my husband walking to the front to remind the waitress. It looked like it was happening with every table. Not a single waitress was professional or helpful. This was our last shot at this place and once again they failed. Please spend your time and money elsewhere.
