Didn't like the call center at first but actually works out well. They're too busy to answer but don't want to lose customers. Burned my pizza and asked politely if they could make another. I said yes, it was already in the oven. Better than it was months ago. Also remodeled the counter which makes kitchen visible. Good policy to create accountability in the back. Happy with the service.

I called to place an order and the call seemed to redirect to a call center. I wasn't aware they needed a call center but the girl, Jessica, who answered the call kept breathing into the phone which was very uncomfortable. She also didn't know what a lunch special was. I asked her if they had the "lunch special" available and her response was which lunch special be more specific. I couldn't believe she was asking me to inform her about the lunch special from the place she's employed by. Did she not have any training?  If you don't have a lunch special available then that would be your answer and if you do then I want to hear them all. I hung up because I don't have time for that. This will probably be the last time I consider coming here. I literally travel 20 minutes to this place because I love their pizza but thanks to this one lady I will be making some changes.

I ordered a online special which was large 2 topping pizza (pepperoni & mushrooms)for $7.99 and some cinnamon sticks, the order was delivered on time but the pizza was only 1 topping pepperoni! I called and spoke with Stephanie, the Manager,  all she could do was redo the order and swap it out, which would take another 30 min and that was if the pizza was untouched! I told her we had already handled it and took a bite, she then said "well there is nothing I can do now", she didn't seem to care what I had to say or that it was their mistake. I wish she could have sent some cooked mushrooms or a voucher or something to make it right? Where do these people learn their management strategies at????? I won't be ordering from them anymore, all they had to do was make it right, what were they gonna do with the peperoni pizza that was the mistake but throw it away! Pizza Hut management needs to learn how to manage better.
