Staff was well mannered and polite, however we were in a hurry to leave and grabbed our food to go..it wasn't until we were 15 min away, we realized one of the meals we received was completely wrong, my husband ended up with 4 nuggets instead of 12 and my large fry was not only cold, but more of the portion size of a small fry!! So dissappointing to go out and spend so much money on fast food that is so mediocre..I suppose we should have checked before we left, but we were in a hurry and had faith in chic fil a as they are typically recognized for their speedy, outstanding service!! Maybe just the Morgantown one is lacking...
