Every time I order here they screw up the order, don't have what I ordered. I ordered 8 dipping sauce, at 50 cents each, they didn't have the ones I ordered so they called and I picked a different sauce. The brought me 1 sauce. And apparently when you order extra peppers they are 50 cents each. Deleted app, will never eat there again.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I made an order about a month ago and they messed it up. Not really a problem. It was edible, but they didn't include the sauces I paid for. Still, not a huge issue. I called just to let them know that they forgot a few things so they could improve in the future. The manager on duty told me that he was willing to either re-make my entire order or they would double whatever I order the next time I call. I chose the latter. The manager wrote my phone number down and told me to just ask for the manager on duty the next time I call and he/she will take care of it. I called today and the manager on duty refused to honor the agreement. He said that we would remake the order that was originally screwed up, but he wouldn't honor the previous agreement. I respectfully declined and informed him I would have to take my business elsewhere. I ended up ordering from Saladworks. Thank you Papa John's manager on duty at approximately 5:07PM on July 12, 2017 for opening my eyes. I MAY NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN! **Originally Posted on yelp!**

It is okay. Not convenient for us and we generally go somewhere closer.

They have never messed up my order, and they have genuinely good pizza. I would give them a 5 star rating, but their parking area is horrible.

Great pizza if they make it right but they sometimes don't put sauce or much cheese on pizza
