Nothing says Mediterranean food like a chain from...Alabama? Yeah, I have no idea how this chain got this big either.

Cashier steadfastly refused to get a ramekin of vegetable oil, despite the fact that they do, in fact, have it (like every other restaurant), and I have never had a problem getting one (like every other restaurant) in the 6 or so years they've been open. Undoubtedly I could have asked for the manager and gotten one, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I should also mention that I would have been willing to pay for one, but that was not the issue. She insisted there was no way to ring it up. 

She also did not ring up my drink order, and, according to her, mistook my request for a sweet tea for me answering her (nonexistent) question of 'would you like a drink?'

Finally, I had to wait for 4 people who ordered after me (as well as the 3 or 4 in front of me, obviously) to get their food before I finally got my tomato basil sandwich, because, it clearly takes a long time to toast bread. 

The sandwich itself was pretty good.  Not a big fan of the pesto, but that's more personal preference than anything.  Fruit wasn't all ripe, but it wasn't bad.

The Suncrest Taziki's is better.
