Their drive thru is good. Do not go inside! I made that mistake one day, and I got this kid, who must have been completely stoned. He could not figure out how to take my order. I had to repeat it several times. It took about ten minutes for him to take my order, which consisted of one sandwich and drink. He also gave me the wrong drink. Manager was nowhere to be found.

I never rate fast food places....but I felt so strongly about this slow service I actually made the decision to rate this chik fil a. Ridiculously slow compared to all other chik fil a’s. Someone needs to figure this issue out before they start losing business due to this issue. After reading through some other reviews I am not the only customer that feels this way. Ps been in the drive thru for 12 minutes and still haven’t made it to the window.

Not the hours that are posted. I was there Tuesday night at 8pm and they were closed. Need to change their hours. Love this place but come on.

I've eaten at every Chick-fil-a in Huntsville. The food at all of them is consistent and good, if you like chicken. This one is clean. The staff here seemed younger than at others and didn't seem as friendly or concerned about customers.

Food undercooked and greasy. Fries and chicken both soggy and soaked in grease as if the frier oil had not gotten hot enough. But the place was empty so I can't see how they were cooking so fast the oil wouldn't heat back up fast enough. Which leads me to belive the food had been sitting there for A WHILE. No Bueno.
