When trying to give our order at the counter the young lady couldn't even here me of the music playing in the back obviously for employees cause it was not family friendly, also ordered hot wings the well were burnt and I confronted the manager on duty he replied with that's how they come now. I will not be backed until drastic changes are made the service of this establishment has gone down drastically over the last year. I even filled out one of those only services and asked to be contacted and nothing!

This Taco Bell/ KFC location is poorly managed in my opinion. But it is good most of the time.
