The most amazing sushi place ever !!! Definitely worth the 4 hour drive from Atlanta to Huntsville. The flavor and the sauce the chef makes is superb. Definitely one of a kind.

My wife Janet and I LOVE the food here. Back in my Navy days, I was stationed in Okinawa and this compares with classical Japanese sushi and yet has fun twists that make it unique and delicious. There's one big down side. The manager is loud, slovenly, undercuts the wait staff, and even ordered food for my table and put it on my bill. When I went to Craft in NYC, we got complimentary items because they were showing off what the house can do. Townhouse in mid-town was like that, too. This guy is pretty much robbing unsuspecting people and making the place look bad. My waiter was on point - really polite, affable, and made great recommendations based on my taste preferences, but the manager came up and got in his business and messed up the flow. You should go there and support a great little place in Huntsville, but buyer beware if HE gets involved.

If you are on this side of the mountain from Huntsville and love sushi, Eat Here!! Go figure. In a strip mall, in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama, top tier sushi quality at reasonable prices, and what amounts to some of the best fusion Japanese food you can find! Forget the soy sauce in this place! No need. Just great the way it's served. Bar is well stocked and the place is family friendly too! Don't miss this one

All around this place was great! We had the rib appetizer with mushroom butter sauce and they were amazing. Different, but amazing. The sushi was even better! Dragon rolls, dynamite rolls, and the ichiban rolls- they were all well prepared and tasted very fresh. Any questions we had were answered by our waitress who was also wonderful! The sauces they paired with each of the rolls were also very tasty and well-matched. Even the miso was very flavorful. Definitely recommended, and we will be returning.

Started with the 6-piece nigiri sampler and then an order of unagi makimoto. The fish was extremely fresh and practically melted in my mouth. The toppings on the nigiri were zesty and fragrant but not overpowering. Loved it from start to finish.
