If i could give 0 star i would .... They really gave me some stale croutons on my salad. i payed$8.50 for a stale salad. Then when i call the girl who answers the phone is rude and wants to over talk you!!!! she told me the croutons were the last ones and that's why they are stale!?!?!? really??? that's your answer?? She then said she would give me a $2 credit??? What??? Never going here again!!! Their service is horrible

I wanted to go to chicken basket as being a happy customer for long time. I've called and came up to pick up my food, the new owner is very rude and very obnoxious. Very disappointed with this terrible service. Who is he to personally question and get an attitude. In customer service, all customers especially nice must be treated with great customer service. I can't make food good and give bad service, thats now the way to operate. Meanwhile, I've ordered a gyro sub with French fries. The gyro was cooked but the bread was not toasted at all nor heated. The pita bread seem to be dry. I got to the French fries and it was pretty stale which I unfortunately had to throw away. I'm never ever going back there ever again and they need to fix that ugly attitude.

The fried chicken is sooooooo delicious. I was pleasantly surprised, it was my first time getting food from here. I suggest take out since the place is small and has few tables. But so yummy.
