The Chico Mall(CHICO) Facebook Fan page (https://www.facebook.com/chicomall) is a page on which fans of CHICO can meet, engage, and communicate with one another and CHICO electronically. CHICO welcomes any and all fans to participate in conversation with each other and CHICO itself at any time and for any reason.
If at any time a member of the CHICO Facebook community chooses to communicate using offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language, or expresses or makes references fraudulent or illegal, CHICO reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to remove said post and permanently block said user. Similarly, if a member of the CHICO Facebook community posts advertisements or any other content that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or misplaced, CHICO also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove these posts and ban these users. In short, CHICO reserves the right to remove posts, feedback, comments, etc. from any user from the CHICO page at any time and at its sole discretion.
