Service was very slow
Food was not hot. 🍟 came out very cold. I had grilled chicken burger with teriyaki sauce & Swiss cheese. Bun was cold only enough chicken to cover half the bun. No sauce at all. Fried mushrooms were nasty not the whole mushrooms they used to serve. Pretzel bites were cold &hard cheese sauce was cold. Broccoli was way over cooked. Took forever to our food . Waited way 2 long for our appetizer. Kid's Mac & Cheese was not worth $5. For a small scoop of food. Took forever 2 get drink refills. It wasn't even busy at all. Only 4 table's were in use. It was around 8 or 9 p.m. on a Thursday. Very disappointed in the food ,service and the overall experience.

This mall is very nice but it also has nothing that stands out. The one oddity about this mall is that the Macy's are separated. The men's and furniture section of the Macy's are located at the north end of the mall and the women's section is located more towards the middle. Other than that, you always find parking relatively close to the entrance, it is always clean, never packed but the food court has some good options.

I keep visualizing an entire new use for the whole development. Investors who might like to consider a visionary concept brought to life, benefiting the community in a major way.. gotta start somewhere, dreams are just the beginning.   I do have respect for what it is and what it was too. Always a good time and not overcrowded.

The food court is very Bland it consists of a Taco Bell a really greasy Chinese food a Subway and a pizza place hot dog on a stick I believe. Most of the stores are either closed or getting remodeled. I do enjoy the Bath & Body Works there as well as the JCPenney's. I also enjoy the huge amount of parking which is always open. But that is really about it. A lot of places say online that they're open but when you go to the mall looks like they have already been closed for a couple of years. The bathrooms are relatively clean which is a huge plus if you have children.

Sunrise mall is okay, but overshadowed by Arden Fair and Galleria. There are a few vacant retail units scattered throughout. I typically visit during workdays. Sometimes there is a decent number of shoppers, other times it's kind of quiet. As far as shopping goes, the major department stores are alright, and there are a few nice boutiques.
