Good experience here for out patient surgery.  All the nurses and students were helpful and friendly. The hospital was clean and well organized.  Thanks for the good care today.

I had a bad car accident and was taken here with one rib that broke and went through my lung, a broken thumb and broken ankle. The staff was unbelievably helpful, friendly and generous. They honestly seemed to care HOW I WAS FEELING & DOING! The only issue I had was some of the processes and ESPECIALLY DISCHARGE WAS UNBELIEVABLY SLOOOOOOOOOW!!!
 6 Hours to discharge? I know the Trauma Doctors had to make their rounds and see each and every patient before we were released but the seconds take minutes to tick by and minutes take hours, while you're here. If you've had an overnight or multiple day hospital stay, you know what I'm talking about!

I had my daughter here in 2012. After I had her they took her for hour and wouldn't tell me how she was, she was a premie. They didn't clean my room or empty garbage the whole time I was there. They also won t tie your tubes because of their religious beliefs. They woke me up and my daughter in the middle of the night 6 times to take blood never during the day. They were nasty to me when they were helping me breast feed because my milk would' nt come. Don t have you baby here

We just drove 2 1/2 hours to bring my 5 year old daughter down here because I was told my her Dr to bring her here for testing because of her seizures which she had a 27 minute seizure yesterday. We spent 20 minutes here and was told I'm sorry we are an emergency department we can't run tests here. Just keep her appointment with the neuro which is not for another month.

Would give no stars if possible never fixed my issue, dated 8 hrs and was forgot about so I just left I went to henery ford hospital they fix my issue and was waited on promptly..This hospital is close to my home but it has such poor service  bery neglectful to patients...
