My husband spent 7 months in this facility and from the moment we arrived I have felt that we mattered.  Our first nurse stayed over one and a half hours past her quitting time to make sure my husband was settled and had everything he needed and he promptly received respiratory support.  First impressions are important and ours was very reassuring.  

The entire staff, Nurses, CNAs, Therapists, Management, Physicians, and Administrative staff, has demonstrated in words and actions their compassionate concern for patient care and wellbeing.   The staff is not only a team, it’s a family.  And each time my husband met with a crisis, everyone rose to their ‘A’ game with expedient care.  

Another very important factor is the availability of all services provided by St. John Hospital to complement the care. You are only steps away from highly critical services, including, imaging, surgery and a vast staff of specialists.  If you are looking for an LTAC in the area I highly recommend taking time to connect with this hospital.
