First I called to ask if they take our insurance. I told them I'm bringing my son for a physical. She found a date for me. Went there for the appointment on time and everything. After seeing the doctor I gave the front desk the school paper to fill complete. I'm told I have to pay $15. Now why do I have to pay after my insurance paid for the physical ???🤔 I don't get that. If you see your doctor you shouldn't have to pay for them to fill out a medical form for you when you already paid to see them smh rip off. Then they got the nerves to ask me if I'm going to use them as my provider. Heck no!!! My child's doctor doesn't change me to fill out some school papers smh The doctor was nice but that extra payment was not right at all. You pay all that money through insurance for a reason

I love this practice both of my kids go here when my 1 year old had some complications they had me take her to the ER they called ahead and when we arrived they were waiting for us Dr. Howard and Nurse Slade are wonderful even down to the MA's all around good service

I am part of the staff but I took my kids from there old Doctors office and brought them over to this office after seeing how great the Doctors and The Nurse Practitioner were with Children.

I love this office, especially nurse Slade. They're really nice and welcoming; very kid friendly. They're very informative and you can tell that they love their career. I love that they have walk-in hours for the patience

I took my son to urgent somewhere else for an issue and the do there said go see pediatrician. I made appointment to do just that and instead I got seen by the nurse practicioner. When I asked fir the doc, she looked at me like was surprised and said "no this is it". On top of that, my appointment was at 10:50 and I git there at 10:30 but still waited for an hour for a very brief meeting with the nurse. They have packex the place patients and thw dic cant see them all but still wants the money so she has the nurse see them. Never going there again. People who treat kids usually seem to like kids, not. Everuthing seemed very impersonal.
