I have twin daughters 3.5 yrs old. I selected this place as their primary care center as I had to get their immunization records updated for school admissions. So we took 2 different appointments for my twins.
1 St Kid – This went fine, The nurse was good. They wanted to take a little blood sample for checking for Hemoglobin and lead. The doctor explained that this will be a prick on the finger and the nurse will squeeze all the blood out needed to checking Hb and Lead. In the mean time they put her vaccination records in GA registry. We realized her Hep B was not given timely, so she got a shot and we were out of there on time.
2nd Kid – My 2nd kid suffered a lot. First of all they made us wait for hours to put the details in GA registry, that’s okay coz I understand that this might take time. But, this time the procedure was totally different. In walked the nurse with a needle and big tube to take the blood. I objected and asked – Why not a prick this time, why do you need so much blood for Hb and Lead. Coz last time a week back for my other daughter you pricked and took the blood you needed. What has changed? They could not explain. Then they said it is the insurance, so I answered back saying that it is the exact same insurance, tell me what has changed? These guys were not consistent in their procedure, they were doing things as they liked. Nevertheless, I had to see my little daughter suffer (she was in pain but I let the nurse do her job, unwillingly) with so much blood drawn this time for a simple Hb/Lead test. Plus, we did not know the results of Hb immediately. It took has over 3 hours for a simple visit to get their physical exam done.
This place is a mess, they don’t have any procedures, they made my kid suffer for no reason. I will change my doctor.

They had terrible customer service. Employees were so rude. They tried to make me pay money for nothing!!!  I will never go back to this place ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡

Le doy una estrella porque siempre que llamo no hay cita disponibles,y cuando llega ver una cita disponible y voy ese lugar esta vació,lo cual me hace dudar porqué no hay citas,todas las doctoras hayi son buenas doctoras pero porque no hay citas porque😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Ni siquiera una estrella se meresen!!! 
             El peor lugar para llevar a sus hijos!!! Los doctores son muy buenos profesionales pero el servicio de las secretarias en frente es pesimo que la verdad se quitan las ganas de regresar! Es la segund vez que llamo para una sita xk mis hijos an llegado casi a los 104 de temperatura y la señorita muy quitada de la pena me dise "no lo siento tengo sita hasta en 2 semanas si usted gusta", mientras q mis hijos miriendose del malestar los señores quieren q yo me espere 2 semanas!! 😡😡😡 
Nada q ver con las personas q estavan años  atras!!! Ellas si sabian atender, ahora q quitaron y pusieron a estas uffff la verdad es horrible ese lugar, te hablan como si son las dueñas del lugar! Y si no saben como reaccionar con personas y niños les sugiero no trabajen en pediatria y menos de secretarias xk la verdad no saben tratar a la gente con respeto!!! 
Y cuando hablas para haser sitas esta  iwal oh peor, La verdad deverian de tener alguien q sepa respetar y valorar a las personas xk gracias a nosotros esq ellas tienen ese trabajo!!!
