I have seen government clinics and hospitals in South Sudan that are better run, more professional, and have better customer service than this horrid facility. Don't waste your time or money. I'm not sure what any admin staff are being paid for other than chatting and neglecting menial job tasks at all costs. I believe in having government health department facilities that are accessible to all but this is a facility that should be shut down.

Don't go here. It's not worth your time or your money. The nurses give you attitude and are very condescending. This place also doesn't give you very much information nor do they seem to care to. If you ever try to talk to them to right an error over the phone they will keep transferring you until you give up. Absolutely disgusting and I am not one to easily piss off, considering my almost five years in customer service. About everyone I have talked to seem to have lost the reason why they're there in the first place; to help people. Avoid this place at all costs.

It hard to schedule an appointment with an OBGYN. You literally have to wait on hold for hours and you still may not be able to get an appointment. No one answers the phone at the north dekalb center.
