I decided to come to this location because it is right up the street from my job. First they have outdated equipment. They used what looks like an elongated desk lamp to see during my papsmear and they still use metal clamps which are super uncomfortable. We discussed birth control options and I told her I would call back with my decision. I decided to stay on the pill and asked called in to have them send the prescription over to my pharmacy, which is what we agreed on. I checked in with the pharmacy and they never received it. I called back and they said they didn’t have any notes about me calling before so I asked them to resend, which she informed me would happen immediately. I went up to the pharmacy and they hadn’t received it. I called back and this time spoke to the nurse who said she didn’t send it because she didn’t know I wanted the pill but then she assured me she was sending the Rx for it right away. I went to the grocery store, ran errands, then returned to CVS to find out that they still hadn’t sent it. I called and asked why and she said the nurse was busy with another patient. So I drove all the way to the office to get a physical copy and they offered to send it to my pharmacist. Nope. I will take the prescription hand written please. I’m not taking any chances. I will not be returning to this office and I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to coming in the first time. This is super disappointing and I have wasted a ton of time and gas trying to pick something up that I ended up having to just do myself. The people are friendly but this establishment is so unprofessional that it isn’t worth the stress. I always prefer smaller practices but I will be taking my business to Emory. Update: I wrote this while in the waiting room. I just went to the window after sitting there and waiting for ten minutes for the nurse to write the Rx out and she gave my prescription to another patient. I asked why it was taking so long and the patient looked at me and said I think she gave me your Rx. Seriously?!?!

Worst Place ever ,,,... Didnt even get Checked up and they changed my meds with no concent the nurse told me "we thought you wanted to pay less" to me that is un reasonable to change some ones hormone perscription ,... the staff is rude ... NOT COMING BACK ....

Service terrible! They don't even have a working phone for you to call. The ultrasound tech is always late! No one seems to care, they want you in and out.

They take to long to attend you... An hour wait from the time they assign you.. If your not on top of what they do to you on your last visits they well redo the same thing over again... Not the best place
