MY Husband went to the ER complaining of leg pains severe.. The Physician said nothing could really be done about it, so did the RESIDENT and nurse. No blood pressure was taken, no temperature, and no pulse. My husband and I thought this STRANGE for an ER. Also, no diagnostic testing was done such as an Cray, cat scan, ekg, MRI. Why? Well we feel the hospital staff is not too smart. My husband passed on the next day. An autopsy is in the process right now. If you USE THIS HOSPITAL PLEASE DEMAND TESTING YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT........THE AUTOPSY REVEALED HEART PROBLEMS. ONE SYMPTOM OF HEART FAILURE IS FOOT AND LEG PAIN. MY HUSBAND WAS NOT CHECKED FOR ANY HEART RELATED CONDITION.........ONLY MUSCULOSKELETAL. PLEASE KNOW THAT FOOT AND LEG PAIN MAY BE AN INDICATOR OF HEART FAILURE OR INSUFFICIENTLY. THE EMERGENCY ROOM DOCTORS SHOULD HAVE CHECKED. I SUGGEST BRYN MAWR HOSPITAL. MORE THOROUGH.

All insurance companies bill on ICD 10 coding. After you get services here, make sure to audit your bill for correct coding. The Healthplex attached is very nice.

If it was up to me they would have no stars i went to the er today because i have had a lump in the back of my neck for a couple days now and they didnt run any tests all the doctor did was fill the lump i could have done that my damn self i went there to see what exactly it was and they couldnt even tell me that this the worst hospital ever !!!! dont go to this hospital they are not thorough .

A terrible hospital. The doctor here had no sense of viral infection vs bacterial infection based on typical blood test results. Bad experience!!!

I had an appendectomy there.  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I arrived in the ER in the afternoon in extreme pain and was admitted but the surgeon didn't show up until the next day to see me.  He decided not to use a scope and did an open surgery instead--without any explanation, even later when I asked him why.  The scar was extremely long and was at the midline, not where it should have been.  When I showed my family doctor later she asked why the incision was where it was.  I had no idea.
  Nursing care was horrible.  The nursing staff refused to provide me with my antidepressant medication the entire time post-surgery.  They refused to contact a staff psychiatrist to provide them and refused to contact my own psychiatrist.  Mean, nasty and rude nursing staff.
  The one positive was that the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit staff were excellent.  But I only was conscious about hour while I was at the PACU.
