I have only been to this location twice, but each time the wait staff are on point. I was addressed both times within fifteen seconds of walking into the restaurant by the hostess. The waiters are honest in their recommendations, if you ask for one, and they won't hesitate to say they didn't like a meal they tried - so you know they are honest. They are fast to bring you drinks and food, but are a little slow in picking up empty cups from your table. I only had a party of three, then two, so this was not much of an issue. Bringing a large party could be an issue in that regard, since you may end up with a table full of empty cups.

Place was clean. Ordered steak. Steak SUCKED. Would have been just as pleasant eating my boot.

This Chili’s used to be great. Unfortunately, the quality of both the food and staff has gone downhill over the last year. The last time I dined in, my server was very rude, kept messing up orders because he decided he didn’t need to write them down, and was slow on refills(which we had to ask for) and slow on picking up our check with my card. I have not dined in since hen. I used to order To-Go orders once or twice a week, but in October, I had a very negative experience. The company switched vendors for their chicken crispers. This might have been okay and still tasted good if mine were even slightly warm by the time I got to eat them(they were awful reheated). I ordered my food and when I got there to pick it up, they messed up the sides. The To-Go specialist was friendly and apologetic and told me she’d just have the kitchen get me a side of broccoli. The issue was I could hear the poor girl asking for that side of broccoli several times. The kitchen was very busy, but somebody should have been more attentive, as it was at least an additional 10-15 minutes before she finally did get that side, meanwhile the rest of my order was sitting on the To-Go stand and not in any type of warmer. I called and companies to the manager. He gave me a “credit” for another item the next time I ordered. I finally decided to use this credit tonight and they seriously managed to mess up my chips and queso. I got the White Spinach Queso and only requested that the Guac be on the side. I guess they assumed I didn’t want anything else in the cheese, besides the spinach, because that’s what I got. Of course, I didn’t see this until I’m already home. I will not be giving this location another chance and will instead drive the extra distance to the other Dayton area location.

Food was gross the last two times we have ate here. It use to be a family favorite. No more we will not be back. The waitress was great but the food was horrible.

I know this place isn't known for a steakhouse however if you have it on your menu it should still be good. Well it wasn't the manager told us they use a flat top well if you're going to have items like steak and baby back ribs you should have an actual grill. Service was horrible, sent our steak back twice and I found a hair in mine. Needless to say we left and we won't be back.
