Was walking around the mall and this place sounded good. Ordered my food and saw they had an app. However, it was not there. Got my food and the first bite was startling. Why was the bun cold? Put them on the counter or toast them. Otherwise the flavor was fine and fries were okay, but it was so messy. Why? It is possible to make a good non-messy burger.

We went to this location on 3-25-18 by far the worest place n experience i have ever had they are over price my card dident work so i went to get some cash and the lady never told them i paid for my food so it took 30 mins to get my son 2 year old and mine food when i went to talk to the manger he told me he could not do anything for me and if i dident want the food he would take it back without a refuned . I then ask for corporate number he told me that he dont have there number and there would be nothing they can do for me either . I will never be back agian and if i could give 0 stars if i was you guy close this place down

We went to the one at the fairfield commons mall on 1/27/18 my husband and I each had the double bacon cheeseburger that was extremely over priced and he ordered the fries and onion rings with his and I ordered just the onion rings and we each had a drink and our bill was almost 25 buck I about stroked out but we went ahead and got it and let me tell u it was not worth it at all, they are very slow there and the 2 girls working the counter were horsing around and then looked at me and were like do u want to order!!! And my husband didn't get the onion rings and fries he got just onion rings we will never return there and we will be sure to tell all our friends about this!!!

Went there the night of 11/28/2017.
Counter guy was high and coughed all over without covering his mouth.  Pretty sure it got into my soda.

Fries tasted like theywere microwaved to warm them up an melt these cheese.

Cook was on his cell phone and shoving his hands in his pockets with the gloves on while cooking. 

I shrugged most of this off because between raising kids,  the army, and a summer as a carnival worker l I've been exposed to much worse. But I'll never go back to this location. Had my phone not been dead at the time and I could have captured this,  I would have filed a report with the health inspector.

Went through dealdash through Fairfield mall was delicious! Love the wrapping, next time will visit in store.
