Reviews

This place was very good when it first opened. The menu offered a good selection and service was exceptional. However, it looks like they have revamped the menu since they opened and offer a bit less variety. Service has also become less consistant. The food is ok but nothing exceptional in my opinion, especially since the price of some entrees seem a bit high for its location and for what you get. In my opinion, there are better Italian style restaurants around.

My wife and I tried Bravo for the first time today and it was a mixed experience. We're both huge fans of Italian food and we were excited to try a new place.

THE GOOD
1. The food was tasty. Nothing "out of this world" but still a competitive dish with good portions.
2. The price was decent. We ended the evening paying about 31 dollars, but we tried to order fairly inexpensive dishes and no specialty drinks.
3. The atmosphere is classy. The granite countertops and elegant lighting makes for a nice scene and feels upscale.

THE BAD
1. The service was poor. When we walked in the only person upfront was talking on the phone and we ended up standing there a while waiting for her to finish. The two managers present seemed very disinterested in their work and they were dressed down. Most of the wait staff was dressed appropriately to match the feel of the restaurant, but the managers were not dressed professionally. Our waiter was also not very attentitive to our table.
2. The tables were covered in cheap sheets of paper, which destroyed the classy feel of the restaurant. 

Overall, I think we enjoyed our night out. I know most people reading reviews are simply interested in the quality of the food being served, but if you have a million choices of where to go out to eat, it's nice to go somewhere that serves good food AND where the wait staff treats you well. Olive garden is across the street and their service has always been terrific and their servers are friendly and professional.

Love me some Bravo bread & dipping oil... hint: ask for shaved parmesan cheese to be added. Scrumptious!! And don't forget to enjoy a Peach Bellini; order a pitcher instead of single glass especially if more than 2 are enjoying!
