I'll be honest, I tend to avoid this place as a local. However, we received a gift card as a Christmas gift so we decided we should use it. I had the dry ribs here and they were better than I expected. The presentation was nothing special, but the food was cooked well. The service was fantastic, if not a bit over-the-top. Our kids meals came super fast and the kids didn't complain about their food. I can't really find anything specific that I disliked about my experience tonight.

I enjoyed my salad at Chili's Grill & Bar very much with tender grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, fresh pineapple & crasins. The service was excellent. I would go there again & recommend it to my friends.

First, the interior decor is very nice, organized and open even though there are segmented rooms with clean windows that keeps your parties private and intimate. Tonight there were 8 of us and it took only a few minutes to get a table for us near the end of the busy supper time at 7 pm. Most of the place cleared out just before a storm hit and the staff let us stay more than an hour and a half after finishing our meals to wait out the heavy rains and wind. Second, the food was great! I had the smokehouse combo and it was a delicious mix of flavors. Large portion I probably shouldn't have finished but it was unusual and very tasty. Third, the staff was attentive. They came over at about the right number of times. After paying the bill we stayed at our table uring the storm and nothing was said.

Had the Caribbean salad and it was very good. Also, since they weren't real busy, we were allowed to sit and visit.

Great as always. Service was way quicker than I remember. Food was excellent.
