We went here for my Mom's birthday. My parents are unfamiliar with OG, and they humored my dad, who wanted butter with the bread sticks, and was inquiring about different types of salad and salad dressing, both of which are unavailable. Everything was delicious, I am just giving it a 4 star rating because we were not asked if we wanted more salad. My Mom was asked about more soup. They allowed her to pick out any dessert free for her birthday, and made it to go, which was awesome as we were all stuffed.

Went today, waited in lobby longer than the quoted wait time. We had a menu in the lobby and when we were finally seated we ordered right away. Still took almost 50 min. To get our order.
   Food was very good. Bread sticks tasted fresh baked. 
  My pasta came out cold and when I told my server about it and asked for another plate (never ending pasta) she just looked at me, took it and walked away. Part of being a server is great customer service.
  My table also had about 30 coasters under the table legs to even it out. I can see this at BK or tbell but not from a sit down place like this.

Really a friendly place. Call for reservations before you leave home. Food was delicious. My family did enjoy our time there was 5 of us. Thank you.

Staff was friendly, food was delicious and exactly as advertised. Restaurant is well appointed and restrooms are consistently clean. Whether visiting with family or coworkers, always a pleasant experience!

I went there recently for a work event and the food was just okay. I noticed that the restaurants in particularly dirty- it needs a good vacuuming and cleaning.  I probably won't go back anytime soon
