This was my first time here.  Excellent!  The food, the service... the price!  I can't think of anything that wasn't awesome about my (our) experience.  We can't wait to go back!

I want to start off by saying the food was great!  BUT the service was horrible!  and we had a table next to us arguing and yelling and swearing loudly.  ( in Spanish)  We were sat quickly however it took our server 20 minutes to even come over and take a drink order.  Then about 15 minutes to get said drink.  I my self have served so I do know how it gets.  However after that 35 minutes we finally have drinks ( soda).  He is at this point finally taking our order.  We asked how big a steak was on the menu and his response was "well pretty big"  So I explain I'm asking the OZ size and he had no idea.  When I asked him about the chicken parm on the small plate menu he had no idea it was even on the menu.  In general he didn't seem to know his job or anything about the menu.  I'm very disappointed in my experience with this establishment.  what made it even worse is it was my boy friends birthday and I had been raving about the cheese cake factory and how good it was and its service.  I felt totally let down. I did speak with the manager she didn't seem to concerned.  In fact totally seemed to try to make it seem like I wasn't right for saying something.

Girls behind the cheesecake counter today around 3:00 moved at glacier pace and we’re not friendly at all. 3 of them behind the counter and it took almost 25 minutes to get one piece of cheesecake.  I finally asked for it as it sat on the back counter and got no bag or silverware. I come here with co-workers and family/friends and always get great service at the bar and waiters/waitresses. Probably won’t order to-go food here again with the service today.

Hostess was so busy talking to her neighbors that she was completely oblivious to the line of people waiting to put their names in for lunch. This went on for so long I ended up asking the woman seating people if she was able to assist those of us who were waiting. Not a typical experience, but very disappointing when you have a set amount of time for lunch.

I'm very happy to have a Cheesecake Factory in town.  The food is always very good.  And don't pass up the Bourbon & Honey cocktail.. yum!
The menu is more limited than other locations in larger cities, but it's still massive.
Our server was above average friendly, which was really refreshing and fun.
The food runner.. well.. even he couldn't dampen our very good experience.  We'll be back.
