My husband and I went to Chili’s yesterday for lunch and we were just talking about what a wonderful experience we had. We walked in and were greeted by the hostess Patty as if we were regulars or old friends. Patty set the tone for the our lunch date. I have written several reviews, but this is the first one to mention a hostess. Chili’s is lucky to have her- guests will keep coming back when they feel so cared for. Our server was Emily and we really enjoyed her sweet, fun, energy and great service. We started with the jalapeño cheese fries and then my husband had the smokehouse combo and I had the Caribbean Salad. Service was fast and food delicious!

Joined family for a last minute get together for dinner. Elizabeth did a superb job taking care of us. It was not an issue to split dinners. Could not have had better service. The food was so good. Drinks were on the mark. Atmosphere was not overstated or loud. We could actually carry on a conversation without competing with ambient noises such as the tv. Really nice place to stop by.

Changing my 4 star review to three stars and that is pushing it! Twice, now over the span of maybe three months, I have ordered the steak sirloin medium-well only to have it come out bright pink and underdone. And tonight, it is very upsetting to have my husband pick up the food and bring it home, to find it well underdone and to microwave it, making it taste like anything but steak. I have even heard others say order medium, otherwise it will come out overcooked! Clearly the cooks need a lesson on giving the customer what they ask for. Thank chilli's! You've made your point, go to a real steak house for edible steak!!

Normally the service is great and the food is good. This time, our service was ok, but done by the bartender most of the night. For the most part she did everything, but take our order and bring out our drinks. We got an appetizer then after we finished, we waimed for about 30+ minutes for our food. I don't think we would have gotten it, but my wife went and asked how long for our food was ready. We got there at 9 ordered and didn't get our food till just after 10. Luckily we weren't the only people there. Great place, just think the waitress was having an off day.

Excellent service! My daughter had the fajitas and her husband had the rib and chicken combo and they loved them. I got the old timer with cheese and the flavor was great, but that was the greasiest burger ever.
