The experience started with a full lobby as was to be expected on a Friday morning. Although we were quoted a 10 minute wait, we were not surprised that it was more like 20. After we were seated our drinks were ordered and brought back swiftly, however after we ordered our meals we did not see our waitress for another 30 minutes. The food (southwestern chicken omelette, over-medium eggs, and some pancakes) was brought from someone inside the kitchen who also offered to refill our cups, which had been bone dry for at least 15-20 minutes. Our waitress came 5 minutes later to notice our cups were already filled. The southwestern chicken omelette was fine, but the chicken was rubbery and unseasoned. The over-medium eggs came out over-easy. Also, unfortunately, the pancakes were neglectfully overcooked. They broke in half long ways as if to be 2 seared crusts just placed together. They were unable to absorb any syrup. The most peculiar thing is that the cholula hot sauce tasted as if it had soured, something I wasn't sure was possible. I always attempt to give excuses for business, however, I found myself trying to make excuses for the establishment on these issues and I ran out of ideas. Will probably not return.

Rose is the best waitress ever. She is thoughtful, attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Her boss should give her a raise, take her to lunch, somewhere fancy, and give her her own special day off with pay! Oh, by the way to the restaurant manager and district manager, Frank: Two or three moths ago, I went into the ladies room, and went to open the door. The handicapped stall opened then slammed back against me, bruising a couple ribs. Upon opening veery slowly, I discovered that some parent had left the baby diaper changing station in the open position! which is at right angles to the stall door. Instead, it should be installed across from the entrance not behind it. By the way, I told the restaurant general manager what happened and she answered, sarcastically, "Well, did you close it?!" The next day, I called the district manager, Frank, and told him what happened. He apologized and said he would have it moved. When we went back to celebrate my friend's birthday, I went back in to the rest. The baby baby changing station was still blocking the door to the stall. I guess Frank hasn't taken any action either. Yet.

Busy, but seating was quick. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Pancakes were tasty. (Guilty. We all had the free pancake day deal.)

Good omelet and pancakes but not worth the $. Lots of servers but it still took asking for water 3x before we got some. And my fruit was hot. Our server was nice and friendly though.

Had to ask for water 3 different times before we got some and never got a coffee refill but our server was a nice guy. Our omelets and pancakes were good. The egg white omelet picture looked better than the one I got. It had way more avocado on the picture lol
