It was exactly what we'd ordered. Nothing special. Egg rolls taste normal, service was average, no issues with the ticket, order was correct... Just average. Nothing enticing to make us want to go.. Just passing by and wanted to eat. The mission to fulfill the hunger was completed. But, a Coke, is half the cost of an appetizer.

1. My wife's salad came with another dressing on it. She ordered the salad with Ranch on the side. We had to send it back. It came as the rest of us were finishing our meal. 2. The 2 kid's meal salads didn't come with any dressing at all. We couldn't get our waiter so we used the appetizer ranch dressing leftover. 3. My friend's Old Fashioned cheeseburger ended up being some sort of BBQ type cheeseburger. We had to send it back. 4. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of their great tasting potato soup. I never received the soup. Instead I just asked them to take it off the tab. BUT....the biggest burn was when I had to walk to the bar to ask someone for extra napkins because after taking our food order.....we NEVER saw our wait person/server until the manager brought us several to-go boxes. ALL of the above transactions was through the manager after he made the poor mistake of a drive by "Is everything okay?" The kind manager DID comp my wife's salad because it finally arrived as the rest of us were finishing our meal but I think he misses the point. "I will talk to the staff and the kitchen and I truly apologize for the problems" is what I wanted to hear instead of "I comp'd the salad" Not our first visit to this Chili's....but certainly our last. There are many more food options nearby. The manager eventually came by to try and make things right. Poor guy.

Not very good, went there last night wife asked for her burger well done comes out pink and bloody, sent it back the waitress never appolagized got the manager. They but it back on the grill comes back out still pink. What part of well done doesn't the cook get. Said he had 20 years cook. Well doesn't show. Won't go back to this location.

Thank you Espy for taking GREAT care of me, my son and grand kiddos when we came in today for a late lunch. Service was great and food was yummy... Happy New Year!!!

Food is great for the money. Service was good and manager checked on us multiple times to make sure we were being treated right. No complaint from me.
