Used to love Panera Bread but over the last couple years they have gone down hill. Went yesterday and we were sorely disappointed. The Cesar salad used to be beautiful over flowing green leaves and now its yellow/brown and very small. They sauce is watery and they no longer have the fresh shredded asiago(?) cheese. Sad they wont even make the chicken cesar sandwich anymore - really how hard is it?...  everything feels like they are just cutting quality for profits. 
This restaurant is nice inside and would only really be good if your grabbing a coffee and need a place to work on your laptop mid day...

I've only been to this location a few times. I've also only been to Panera once prior to visiting this location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I go for breakfast before work and they always have the bagels I love. Plus the cream cheese is amazing. I got 4 bagels and two 2 oz container is cream cheese and it was only 8 dollars for my boyfriend and I to have breakfast. Working In the service industry has made me over critical of many things. This Panera exceeds all expectations. Thank you for always getting my order right and always being friendly.  The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I keep hearing people talk about a "my Panera card?" And every time I've been the employees ask if I have one but have never offered. I would like someone to explain what it is and how it works. Other wise 5 stars.

If you want to wait forever, have conflicting portions between others in your party and be skimped on ingredients but still charged full price; this is the place for you. Customer service is lacklustered at best.

 I ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich. Recieved two small scraps of bacon. My wife ordered a Greek salad (whole) but was the same size as my half salad. The tomatoes were mushy like baby food.

Didn't bother bringing it to their attention because 1) it already took a considerable time to get our meals 
2) we had gift cards. Lucky it's our last one. I'll go to a decent sandwich place next time.

Not only does food from Panera taste bland and boring, but the service is atrocious. Waited nearly 30 minutes for a couple of sandwiches and a bowl of soup. The children's sandwiches are such a joke for the price you pay. I also have to say, if you consider this restaurant as "fast casual" you will be surprised at the slow service. The workers are nice and the bathrooms are clean, though.

The salad used to be great but today I got a salad that I could get at a high school cafeteria. It sucked. Also, it seems like there isnt any good management there. They are always short staffed and slow. From what I can tell from other reviewers this place isn’t worth it.
