The burgers and cajun fries are nearly always perfect at Five Guys and they were great at this location as well. The service at this location was possibly the worst I have experienced throughout the country. No one was at the register when my family went to order so we waited patiently. After what seemed like a few minutes, a young male walked up to the register and just looked at us. No greeting, no apology, just a delayed “You ready?” after the awkward silence set in. The food seemed to take a bit longer than usual, but ended up tasting great. Service - 1-2 stars. Food - 4-5 stars.

Walked in today to order some dinner. Ordered 1 little cheeseburger 1 regular cheeseburger both with fries and two milkshakes. Guy at counter had marbles in his mouth and you couldn’t understand anything he was saying. I tried to tell him what I wanted on the burgers 3 times. He couldn’t get it right so I just said forget it just don’t put any mustard on it. Waited 20 minutes for my food. They did the milkshakes first so they were sitting there getting soupy while I waited. Because I had waited so long I didn’t bother to check my order before I left because now I was in a hurry so that’s my bad but how do you screw such a simple order up? I get home and only one burger and one order of fries. Didn’t get it right on the receipt either. I guess you have to double check everyone’s work these days. I called the store when I got home and they offered to make the rest of my order. Sure because I want to drive 30 minutes round trip in the rain to get my dinner thanks to your mistake. Unbelievable you can’t get an order right when the person is standing right in front of you. Won’t be coming back.

Pretty good upscale hamburgers.  My wife loves this place.  If you like Cajun fries, then you should try them out.

Wow what a ripoff, not only it's a regular burger place, but a pricey one, were you pay too much for wha5 you can get at any other burger joint. They should be banned, closed or bankrupt, it was a total disappointment. Stay away from this place, I paid more than $45 for three meals. Not good for the quality. Thumbs down. 👎👎

Walked in around 1:15pm Monday, January 22, 2018. No one at counter. Waited a couple minutes more, still no one. We left.   We hate this place, overpriced 9 dollar burgers, served in a sloppy sack, and zero service. There are many superior choices to this place in Alliance area:  In N Out.(3 dollar burger).  Liberty Burger (7 to 10 dollar burger that they bring to you on a real plate not a sack and serve liquor). Kincaids (5 dollar much better quality burger).  Go to those places instead.
