I had the chicken fried steak and I'm so glad they brought it back. My daughter had plain nachos. They brought out the wrong nachos twice and then the third time was the charm. The manager came over comp us the meal and gave us a free dessert.  Excellent customer service. Sometimes things just don't do right but they were very happy to make it right. My hats off to you guys at chili's.

Just went to Chili's for the first time in a year. Saw they had Blueberry Pineapple Margaritas for $6 on happy hour today and figured I would go give it a try again. Got our check which seemed a little high and when I asked our server about the happy hour he informed us we had to be sitting in the bar to get those prices. Because I was 4 feet away in the other area they cost $9 and he said he couldn't do anything to fix the price. Cool. I tried it again. Now I won't be going back.

Went in for quick dinner.  No wait at all but chose a table in bar area.  Service was quick and waitress was great.  Food yummy and we were in and out in 30 mins or so.  No complaints.  Thumbs up here.

Amazing new Bartender! Food is still good. Menu changes to more simple foods that Chilis is known for. Prices have not risen to much. Free drink special is a good deal.

Arrived, promptly seated, drink order, items missing, requested,  still no items. Extremely long wait for food,  restaurant had maybe 10 people in general (non bar area), food arrived, soup, barely warm, hamburger not cold, but could tell it had been sitting (no waiter since tea dropped off), French fries, ice cold. 

Found manager,  asked for missing drink condiments and warm fries. He asked about our food, reply was 'sorry', our thinking, there are several restaurants, we don't have to return. 

They were collecting for St.jude so we donated the tip. Will not return.
