Wonderful food with (almost) top notch service. The owner was very hospitable and made sure we were seated at a good table with good wait staff. We sat on the 3rd floor and I think that the wait staff goofs off more up there than downstairs since it's a bar atmosphere. I really didn't mind, but it did make our service a little slower I think. All in all a solid restaurant with excellent food. Next time I would sit on floors 1 or 2, though.

Great rooftop atmosphere. It seems to be a big hit. Pretty packed Saturday night. Dj at 1030!! Drinks are good! Food is awesome! I've been coming here since their soft opening. Great reviews then.... great reviews now!

I really do like the old building this place is located. I always have to sit up top 3rd floor so I can get a good view of Plano and the downtown area. Service here is always very good and I am actually a pretty big fan of their pasta and ravioli. I do like some of their sandwiches that they have specials on lunch time. However, I am not a fan up their Pizza. They do not put sauce underneath the cheese and they sprinkle sauce on top of the cheese and regardless you can say it's Italian is Italian can be. It is Italian in the regard some chefs in Italy do that but the way they do it there doe does not hold up well. It just ends up being a soggy mess the only reason why I did this price for stars is because they really do have good and pasta and they know what they're doing. But the specialty pizza ain't all that. But their atmosphere was right and social service. But don't go here for the pizza

When I went first time to Urban Crust I was very impressed. But after that I felt that food quality &service declined. Bread wasn't fresh just pilled up in the basket not even warm. Our sever was very pleasant but talk too much and because of that didn't have enough time to serve .he even forgot one of our items . We feel that Urban Crust made it and they lack care.

Fun staff and great pizzas. The top floor Vargas a frozen bar and great shots on tap. They have live music some nights and a DJ on another. Can get loud but if you are into what they are playing. It’s a great stop.
