Will never go to this Chili's again. There was a decent crowd so I expected some wait time. Took extra long to get check. Lady serving my table was just short of rude. Flies all over the table. Could not eat having to shoo them off. Food did come to the table in a timely manner but portions were to me extra small. Been there before and was impressed by manager walking around. This time watched a server walking quickly into the kitchen area sneezing into the open air not even attempting to cover her mouth / nose.

Last time I was here, register was down and I paid and the To-Go person argued for a minute I hadn't yet. This time I placed an order for pickup at 11:45am, I came at 12:15pm thinking it would surely be ready, it's now 12:35pm and I'm still waiting. The speed and accuracy is quite poor in this location. Love the food, but it's getting frustrating enough where myself and co-workers will no longer order from here. PS To the owner/manager. Do not copy and paste the same response to my review as you have the recent negative reviews. I do not want to call Chili's, I do not want to leave a complaint on your website. That's why I'm leaving a review here for others to see that there are issues with your service that needs to be resolved.

Placed a to go order at the Bar with Jennifer @ 12:05 pm whom I had to repeat my order to about 3 times. We ordered three 3 for $10 meals. Once my food came out and I checked it, i was disappointed in the packing. My salad was in a small cup that you would put broccoli or rice in. My question to her was "How are we supposed to eat this salad out of this cup"? She said "With the fork". I said "really ma'am" and she said "what's the problem".. I said nothing after that because at that point, I felt like she was being rude so I didn't say anything else to not start any trouble.. Then she fixed our dinks which were packed with ice in tiny kids cups (3 cups for my two boys and I). Once again, I didn't want any trouble so we took our things and left. I use to love this Chili's but she put a bad taste in my mouth for this location. I don't even want to return.

It's price point and quality of food are on accurate. You get okay food for okay price, If you want tastier food you have to pay more. But the drinks at 2 for 1 are a nice reason to come here not to mention that they make good drinks here typically.

This is not "my Chilli's" so maybe they were just having an off day. The food was salty, not fresh tasting. Just not a good experience food wise. The waiter was awesome he almost made it worth the time!
