I've been coming to this establishment for many years and always have an amazing experience!! The customer service is always exceptional and the food is always fresh and tastes outstanding!! Highly recommended!!

I usually don't write reviews since I'm front the older generation but my GOd Horrible service! They have lost a customer. I was there a over the weekend and watch in horror as the Spanish girl was highly rude and disrespectful to a customer. She CLEARLY does not know the meaning of customer service. She was so caught up in the moment and did not realize that the older woman was talking to her daughter not the employee. I guess the employee's mother never taught her manners....shame! I actually thought it was interesting when they refuse to make the customers sandwich as if the customer cannot get food somewhere else. You are the business! You need the customers money not vice versa. I'm still shocked how the young lady acted no wonder she works as a sandwich maker. Don't eat there unless you want to be treated as if they are doing you a favor with a nasty attitude!

This place is a joke, every time you call to place an order there is an issue, one day they take call in orders one day they don't, they also charge you extra for using a card to pay, its 2017 you should get used to taking credit card payments in your business and not charge the customer for the processing fee. Customer service is pretty bad, you fell like the employees there are making you a favor by taking your order. Will definitely not go anymore, and suggest you don't go either. 
Plus, the food is actually not good in my opinion.
