Had lunch this afternoon when they were very busy, or so it seemed. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a booth - 2 on one side of the restaurant were empty but not cleared of dirty dishes yet. Someone started cleaning right away but I turned to look in the room to the left of the bar and saw that there was not a single person seated in there. When I asked why that was, the greeter simply said " your booth will be ready in a minute" and walked over to where they were being cleaned. I was seated soon after that & my waitress was right there to get me a soda & take my order. The food wasn't as hot & fresh as I would have liked and was slightly over- cooked, or re-cooked, but most was OK. By this time I just needed to eat as I had to be somewhere soon. I used to go to Chili's quite a bit but my last couple of experiences will prevent me from going back for quite a while.

Went here last night and was really disappointed , as you walk in the front door the sign is covered in bird droppings , upon entering. The floor was sticky and dirty. They showed us to a booth . That had a wobbly leg to it. And it was dirty. The bathroom was trashed and urine on the floor. As for the food which was served on dirty plates it was sub standard. But was stale. Burger greasey server was unkept and not professional looking .never going back !!!

I’ve loved chili’s in the past but after last night I’m not going there anymore. I ordered the bacon ranch quesadillas and 7 hours later I had food poisoning and couldn’t stop vomiting for hours. Finally after the vomiting stopped I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. After being put on hold several times I finally was able to talk to them about being food poisoned. They apologized and said “no one else had reported anything” , I was shocked they would say that to a customer. I’ve been sick with food poisoning for 3 days now. I won’t be coming back to Chili’s.

I am very disappointed in Chili's. I ordered their fajitas for takeout twice over the course of couple months and both times there was issues with my order. First order they must have forgot to cook the vegetables. They were literally raw cold vegetables. At least they remembered to cook the chicken. My second attempt at ordering fajitas to go, the food was cold and they forgot to include the tortilla shells. This will be the last time I'm ordering anything from Chili's again.

Great food and service! This was the spot where I went on the first date with my soon to be wife :) For that reason, it is now my favorite restaurant!
