The food here, as well as the customer service is very lively and relaxing at the same time. Contradicting, I know, but overall the staff is very polite and the food is absolutely scrumptious. If I had to recommend a meal, I'd have to suggest the "Grilled Chicken Sandwich", minus all the cheese and other additives- to sum up: Just the pretzel bun, added of course, and the grilled chicken and bacon; barbeque sauce goes great with this meal as well as the loaded "Bacon Cheese Fries." Next time you visit your local, or any, Chili's, be prepared for one of the greatest dinning experiences of your life!

First and foremost, server was EXCELLENT. She was attentive and went out of her way to have the people coming out to smoke to move to another area. Not sure what the current law for smoking in restaurant in the areas that serve food. We have smaller kids and the smoke is not healthy for them. I've been a bartender and server and have been in plenty of bars that are filled with smoke, that is my decision...as for my kids, respect our decision. If you want to kill your self by smoking, fine, but do it at a reasonable distance from where people are eating. Supposedly the server got a talking to. Shame on you management team....way to encourage the extra steps taken by a server to make a family happy. Kudos to the server for making us feel better eating at the patio. Frankly, the decision of management almost wants me to stop going there, however due to the servers great customer service, I'm sure I'll still stop by. Hence the 3 starts vs the 4.5 or more. Management, take a stance and grow a set and tell some customers to respect other patrons requests...is that too hard or are you so into making everyone happy? You can't make everyone happy!!!!!

Waiter was good except towards the end she completely forgot about us with to go boxes and drinks...we had to ask the bartender. We sat by the bar and it was really warm. We were starting to sweat, and there were a couple of flies flying around and landing on our table. Food was okay...the sampler just seemed smaller than usually...especially the egg rolls. My favorite thing to get is their chocolate chip skillet for dessert! Never lets me down :) (If you order the cookie as take out over the phone..you will get it frozen cold..unless you ask them to warm it up for you)

In my own opinion and not meant as an insult, but Chili's is an expensive Taco Bell. Ive been a handful of time in a few different states and its the same no matter where I go. Not a bad place for a football party with the guys, definitely not a restaurant for date night. Food is ok, for American-Mex. Loud and usually busy.

We ordered the chicken crispers and they were saturated in grease and disgusting. The kids Mac n cheese was dry and looked like it had been sitting all day. Definitely not worth almost $6 for a kid's meal.
